Biography

Bekir Azgın has been the editor of of Yenidüzen, Söz and Kıbrıs newspapers and published the cultural and art magazine “Kültür-Sanat Dergisi” from 1984 to 2002. He has taught cultural history and journalism courses Girne American and Lefke universities. Since 1996 he has been teaching in the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at Eastern Mediterranean University, and currently is the chair of the RTVF and Journalism departments.

He also writes a weekly column for the Havadis newspaper.

Biography

      Since 2001 she has been teaching in the Faculty of Communication and Media Studies at Eastern Mediterranean University. She is one of the editor Kadın/Woman 2000 interdisciplinary women’s studies journal. teaching sociology and anthropology. Her main area is sociology, cultural anthropology, gender/feminist studies and cultural studies.
