CINEMA AND TELEVISION DEPARTMENT HOSTS SENIOR PROJECT SCREENINGS.

The department of Cinema and Television today hosted the movie screenings of project films made by final year students of the department.  The event which was held at the Faculty's Purple Hall at 11:50am witnessed the attendance of the final year students whose movies were being screened, proud staff members whose joy knew no bounds as they watched the films of their students and other students who came to support.

It was indeed a pleasant event, with 7 movies being screened, each movie sought to create an awareness about pressing social issues members of the society face, some of the issues include, depression, rape, bipolar disorder, living as a refugee etc. each filmmaker shared briefly how the films were personal to them.

It was a lovely film screening, the creativity behind every story and film was amazing. We hope to see even more pleasant work from students of the department.
